Welcome! I am a registered cottage baker Located in the Shenandoah, Texas area. I have a food handler certification and operate out of my home kitchen. I enjoy baking sourdough, cookies, and baked goods of all kinds. More importantly, I love experimenting and finding new recipes around the world to try out. That said, I am always open to flavor recommendations or hearing about your favorite baked good. Thank you for tagging along on this journey with me. I hope we make many memories.

Sourdough: sourdough starter (maintained with whole-wheat flour and rye flour), water, unbleached bread flour, olive oil, honey, and salt. I use the same base for all of my sourdough loaves. From here i add inclusions (ex: flaxseeds or grated butter).

salt bread (shio pan/ soggeum-ppang) ingredients: unbleached Bread flour, cake flour, commerical yeast, salted butter, organic cane sugar, milk powder. This is not sourdough.

Cardamom Buns (kardemummabullar): All-purpose flour, 00 flour, commercial yeast, salt, unsalted butter, ground cardamom, organic cane sugar. My little twist on this swedish traditional pastry is to make the sugar filling with organic brown sugar and a hint of espresso powder along with more ground cardamom. I then top everything off with cinnamon sugar. This is not sourdough.

Chocolate chip: unbleached all-purpose flour, unsalted butter, organic brown sugar, organic cane sugar, eggs, vanilla paste, baking soda, salt, guittard Semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Earl grey toffee pecan chocolate chip: unbleached All-purpose flour, unsalted butter, organic brown sugar, organic cane sugar, eggs, vanilla paste, baking soda, salt, guittard Semi-sweet chocolate chips, crushed earl grey tea leaves, pecans, homemade toffee (Unsalted butter, salt, organic brown sugar).

Frosted sugar cookies: unbleached All-purpose flour, unsalted butter, organic brown sugar, organic cane sugar, eggs, vanilla paste, salt, baking soda, baking powder, Buttercream (salted butter, powdered sugar, water).

Caramel chai: unbleached All-purpose flour, unsalted butter, organic brown sugar, organic cane sugar, eggs, vanilla paste, salt, baking soda, Shaved almonds, chai (black tea leaves, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, black pepper, star anise), Werther’s original soft caramel candy.
